I keep this bag next to me in my patrol car, to throw on as a trauma kit when I go to medical/trauma calls. It sits easily below my armor, and holds a decent amount of med gear.
My only place I’d like improvement, is grommets with shock cord on the sides or bottom to be able to attach tourniquets to the outside for faster access.
Overall a great piece of kit.
