Shipping & Returns
If all of the items purchased are in stock, most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Order processing and shipping may be delayed for longer periods of time if there are any issues that require customer correspondence or credit card verification issues (Please refer to the “Payment methods” section under "Store Policy"). Orders are also subjected to delays during unforeseen website/company down times (we will make announcements accordingly). When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. Typically we apply insurance and/or signature confirmation to orders of higher value. We ship via the United States Postal Service. We ship to all 50 states as well as Guam.
99% of domestic orders and all APO/FPO are shipped via USPS priority mail. Priority mail orders within the US have an average delivery time of 2 - 3 days. APO/FPO orders can take up to a week or more depending on your location. Express shipping is done via the USPS as well. Domestic (within the US) USPS express delivery times are approximately 1 - 2 days. Orders exceeding certain weights and dimensions will be shipped via UPS at our discretion. UPS ground shipping delivery times are approximately 1 - 6 days depending on how far you are from us. If you require a specific courier please contact us before you place an order. We may be able to oblige. Keeping in mind additional fees may apply. (All estimated delivery times exclude holidays, all USPS deliveries exclude Sunday, all UPS deliveries exclude both Saturday and Sunday).
High value orders from first time customers are subject to additional verification measures which may cause delays with order processing and shipping.
If your order is returned to us for any reason, whether it is due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, or you were unable to receive the package, you will be required to pay any and all shipping charges required to have the package reshipped to you. If a mistake was made on the part of Emdom USA, we will either replace or refund the items. If a mistake is made on the part of the courier we will refund all items purchased. We will not refund the shipping & handling fees.

Domestic Shipping Rate:
Starting December 9th, 2015 we have a new shipping and handling fee rate. This rate is calculated by the destination and weight of all the products in each order.
We do ship internationally. International orders can be placed on our website. Our system will process international orders and provide two shipping options: United States Postal Service Priority Mail and United States Postal Service Express Mail. These rates are automatically calculated based on package weight and destination. International orders are subject to special rules, legal restrictions, duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all the applicable duties, taxes and fees relating to international shipping. Emdom USA is not responsible for any fees, delays or seizures caused by buyer country’s customs. International orders are subject to delay for payment verification. We reserve the right to scrutinize any international orders at our discretion for an undetermined amount of time. We will only ship order when we are 100% satisfied that the transaction is safe and secure.
*For international orders paid by credit card we may request additional detailed customer information and documentation. If we feel there is insufficient proof to proceed with a credit card we may request payment via wire transfer, money order, or other form of payment we deem necessary.

Inventory & Back Order Policy:
Our website features a live inventory which represents the true inventory we have on hand. Please see individual product pages for more information on the availability of each item. In some rare instances, errors may occur where out of stock items are shown as in stock. If you place an order for such items we will notify you immediately.
Items listed as back ordered are usually in the process of being restocked. We do not restock our entire inventory at once. Our products are restocked in batches. Not all colors and patterns are restocked on a regular basis. To ensure you get first dibs on the next restock and to be sure you get the color or pattern you need, we highly recommend you place an order to include any items you may want; whether the items are in stock or on back order.
Most of our products are restocked approximately 3 - 4 weeks from the date of the last in stock item purchased. However if there are out of stock item(s) that you plan to purchase, we highly recommend you place a back order. Placing a backorder is the only guaranteed method for you to receive the items you would like to purchase and to get them in the most timely manner possible. When we receive new stock we fill back orders first. The remaining items become a part of our online inventory. Placing a backorder ensures that when we do get the items in, we ship them out to you right away. Consequently, if they come in earlier than expected, you will receive the items sooner.
You will be notified via automated email if your order includes an item(s) that is on back order. If you place an order that includes both in stock and out of stock items we will normally hold the order until all the items are available and ship it out in its entirety. For those who want partial shipping of the stock items, they can contact us anytime.
Back orders that exceed 60 days with no contact with the customer will be cancelled.
If you need your order expedited for deployment, we will do our best to make special arrangements for you. We support our troops!
*Minimum lead time for back orders is 4 weeks: please do not contact us before that time with inquiries about ship dates and status.
Colors are subject to change without notice. Due to unforeseen differences in fabric dye lots we cannot guarantee exact color matching with all products of the same color.
Discontinued & Unavailable Items:
Please be aware of items throughout our website that are noted in the product description as being discontinued and/or unavailable. Orders placed for these items will be canceled and refunded. Orders placed that include discontinued and/or unavailable items will cause processing and shipping delays as we must manually remove the item, issue you a refund, and adjust your order.

Emdom USA offers a 5 day order review period from time of delivery. If you're dissatisfied with a product, believe a product is damaged or defective, are missing any item(s) from your order please notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery for a return authorization, exchange authorization, or correction. All returns must be authorized by Emdom USA and must include an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipping label of the returned package as well as on the order invoice. Any returns sent to us without an RMA # will be rejected. Once we authorize a return and provide an RMA #, the customer has 10 days from the date of delivery to send the items back to us. A printed copy of the order invoice must be included with the returned item(s). The item(s) to be returned must be in new and unused condition. The item(s) must show no signs of wear, usage, or damage. Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for sending return items back to us. We will process your return/exchange within 1 - 3 business days from date of receipt.
The following are applicable to all correctly shipped returns and exchanges:
We stand by our products and if we made a mistake; we will make it right. If an item is damaged or defective in construction and/or function due to an error on our part, the item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer. We will refund all applicable shipping fees for sending the defective item back to us.
