Dimensions and internal capacity: Overall dimensions are approximately 26" long x 10" tall x 8" deep. Main bag body measures approximately 22" long, not including external pockets. Although the main bag body measures only 22" in length, the GYM Bag can accommodate most uppers or rifles up to 26.5” in overall length. The secret is expandable partitions at each end of the bag that expand into the end pockets adding an additional 4" to the main compartment. These expandable partitions work both ways, expanding inwards or outwards allowing the end pockets to accommodate bulkier items. The bag is 8” wide thus accommodating uppers with accessories attached (optics, bipods, lasers, lights, grips, etc.). Guidelines on what the GYM Bag will hold:

• Any upper or rifle up to 26.5" in overall length.
• Upper with up to an 18" barrel (not exceeding 26.5” overall).
• One split carbine plus gear.
• Two uppers, one lower.
• Two uppers, two lowers (with additional divider).

Padding:
There is 0.5" closed cell foam padding on the bottom, each side, and at each end giving the GYM Bag structure and protecting its contents. This structure is necessary to support the weight of a weapon and gear. This padding also reduces the “printing” of the protrusions of a weapon such as optics, grips, lights, barrel, stock, etc.

Main compartment:
Features a dual zipper opening running along the length of the top of the GYM Bag from one end pocket to the other. Larger YKK zipper pulls are utilized allowing the main compartment to be locked. Over the zippered opening is a 1" wide webbing, adjustable compression strap with an ITW GhillieTEX SR buckle. The entire bottom of the interior of the main compartment is lined with loop Velcro for attaching the padded internal divider. Additionally the internal side of the ends feature loop Velcro for securing the ends of the divider. Internally at each end is a vertical length of webbing sewn at the top and bottom which maintains the shape and structure of the bag by supporting the floor of the bag directly under the metal D-ring attachment points. On one side of the exterior of the bag is an 11" x 8" pocket with a single zipper opening.

End pockets:
Each measures approximately 7" tall x 8" wide x 2" deep. Each features a dual zipper opening that runs along each side and the top allowing the pocket to be opened out flat. The expandable partitions on each end of the bag allow contents of the main compartment to extend into the end pockets or the contents of the end pockets to extend into the main compartment.

Padded internal divider:
Measures 25" long x 8" tall. It’s designed to store the lower receiver of an AR-15 style carbine. It will accommodate most grips of standard dimensions as well as any length stock. It is fully padded on each side with a single zipper top opening. There is hook Velcro along the bottom and sides of the divider to hold it in place inside the main compartment. The divider can be positioned as needed to accommodate a bulkier upper receiver.

Shoulder strap:
2" wide, detachable, and adjustable for length. The removable pad is 17.5" long and is lined internally with a rubberized material to prevent it from slipping along the strap. The bottom side of the exterior is lined with Dri-Lex for comfort and moisture wicking. The strap is lightly padded.

Carry straps:
Two carry handles, each sewn to the exterior of the body of the GYM Bag are constructed of one continuous length of 1.5" wide webbing. The carry straps are made longer allowing the GYM Bag to be carried over the shoulder. A padded and Velcro secured wrap for connecting the carry handles is sewn to one of the straps.
